New KATHREIN transmitting antenna put into operation

In order to improve the "in-house" reception in Erfurt, Thuringia, a KATHREIN DAB + transmission antenna system has recently been put into operation at a new location in the city.
The antenna consists of two logarithmic periodic antennas arranged in 2 bays. These ensure that 22 DAB + programs in VHF Bd III channels 5C and 5D can now also be received crystal clear in Erfurt and the surrounding area.
